Azimuth Corporation President and CEO Valerie Rossi made an all-too-familiar trek to a stage—to accept another Dayton Business Journal Award! She recently claimed a DBJ 2024 Best Places to Work in Dayton Honoree award, which will sit alongside the company’s other DBJ accolades, including the 2023 Woman-Owned Business of the Year.

Rossi received the award at the DBJ annual Best Places to Work in Dayton event on September 12, sharing the moment with some key Azimuth team members. The award is based on employee survey results—making it all the more meaningful.

“We care about the employee experience here at Azimuth and make every effort to provide an attractive benefit package and promote an inviting and supportive work culture,” said Rossi. “Our employees are the driving force behind every one of our winning efforts—and the overall success of our company.”
